That's some good work to only elicit a 133 HR. Fitness continues to improve - impressive!
Thank you. I've been very happy with my heart rate training progression and looking into how each exercise effects it. The ironman will require me to stay aerobic in order to finish. The more efficient my engine, the faster I can go.
