My buddy Greg came into town and we did a short training circuit for fun before lunch.
10 to 1
- 25# DB Thruster
- 25# DB Lunge (r/l)
- TRX Push-up/Knee Tuck
- 12' Rope Climb from seated position, no feet. (only one climb per round)
Felt good for not planning. On the bike tomorrow.
