- 3x pushup + lateral drag
- 4x high pull
- 5x front squat

Ascending ladder 1-10
- Bear Complex (clean, squat, press, back squat, press)
- Sandbag Burpee
400m run w/ bag
50x lateral burpees
Definitely a good challenge since I haven't been lifting the month of June with all the racing.
