That push up number is darn impressive! Your conditioning just gets better and better - amazing!
Thank you. The first 60 are unbroken, then 10s and 5s from there. Really feeling good and not trying to get too carried away. I do need to learn patience with my bike rides. I have a tendency to go out too hard and fade after an hour thirty.
