 - 500m row - drag#6 - descending (2:00.6, 1:58.4, 1:56.5, 1:54.1, 1:52.3, 1:50.3, 1:48.5, 1:46.2, 1:44.6, 1:42.6, 1:40.8, 1:38.6, 1:36.6, 1:34.4, 1:31.7)
 - 15 pushups
 - 15 hanging knee raise - ab straps

Those last 3 sets were 'fun'.  Pushups and knee raises were pleasantly relaxing.
