(effort should be at 60-70% of fastest swim)
• 100 yards crawl
• 4 x 25 yards windsprints resting :30 between lengths
(swim each length without taking a breathe)
• 100 yards crawl
• 50 yards back floating relaxation
- 50 yards side kicking
- 200 yards crawl
- 50 yards breaststroke
Already feeling rejuvenated. Swim stroke felt strong and balanced today.
