Wow! One heck of a workout!!!
Yes it was. I started thinking sub-1:42, then after 3 sets was keen on sub-1:40, but ultimately fought for sub-1:39. My abs are already screaming at me, 4 hours later. The true test will be how the remainder of the week is effected.
20 Ab Wheel rollouts aren't bad - it's the ten times that got you :)
The first 5 sets were not bad, those last 3 were a killer. Also seeing a huge connection between ab strength and endurance resilience
