Multi-directional hurdle jumps to sprint x 8

Bodyweight only
 - Squat - 4 x 20
 - Lunge - 4 x 20 (r/l)
 - Fire Hydrants - 2 x 100 (r/l)

Seated Calf Raise
 - 5 x 70, 115, 140, 150, 150, 150#

Wasn't feeling the best today so keeping it light.  Felt good to sweat a little.
