Hi Andrew, I see you follow Adam Glass' blog ... wondering if you use his bio-feedback testing and if so what you think of it.
I have not given his bio-feedback a try. I know of some programs that utilize a vertical jump test at the beginning of training to determine the athletes readiness to handle olympic lifting. It is promising.
interesting. i have read that the Chinese use this test on 10 year old prospective olympic lifters to determine future potential.
