Double C+J @ 28kg
- 5 sets of 6 on 1:00 (client came in early and cut my set short)

I know that you said that are a strength endurance athlete. Are you training for anything speciffic?

Cool, I wondered what "DO Deadlift w/ Axle bar" meant. Now I know.

I'm in a general strength phase. Good training volume and weight but not too heavy as to fry my CNS.
