Double KB Clean + Jerk
 - 10 sets of 30sec. Work/Rest
 - 28kg
 - 5 reps per work period
 - first day of not 'feeling' the weight when moving beyond 16kg.  Not to be confused with an easy set.  Just 'comfortable' under load.  If that is a thing.
