Jump Rope - 2 minutes

Hurdle Jumps - 12" x 6
 - straight / lateral / straight x4 each

KB LongCycle
 - warm-up @ 12, 16, 20, 24, 28kg x 1minute @ 6 rpm

Main Sets - 9 minutes rest between
 - 32kg x 3 minutes @ 6 rpm
 - 28kg x 3 minutes @ 8 rpm
 - 24kg x 3 minutes @ 10 rpm
 - been a while since I've worked this hard with the bells.  Felt good but challenging.
