How's the back doing?
Doing much better. Had a chiropractic adjustment on tuesday, massage therapy on wednesday and am feeling about 85% on Friday. How I just need to be smart and not try to pick back up where I left off. Going to use lighter percentages on back centric exercises for the next 3 weeks.
