That's crazy that you Pressed more than you rowed. I'm sure you can press more, I guess I'm just a little impressed at the weight you rowed. Good shit.

My rowing ability is far superior to my pressing ability. Always has been. I'm working hard to improve my press which sucks.

Hey, that's not altogether a bad thing, especially since we know that most people's bench is way more than their row. But, I feel ya a strong press is enviable and something I'm working towards. That would be cool if they re-introduced the press to Olympic Weightlifting competitions.
