Dynamic Warm-up + Jump Rope - 2 minutes

 - warm-up @ 12kg - 2minutes @ 13 rpm
- Main Set @ 16kg
   - 10 minutes
   - 13rpm
 - 130 total reps in 10 minutes
 - definitely pushing the last 3 minutes.  Heavy breathing but stayed smooth.
