As few sets as possible:
 - Pullups x100: 18, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 9, 7, 6
 - Pushups x200: 50, 50, 40, 35, 25
 - Situps x300: 60, 60, 50, 50, 50, 30

Abs still sore from yesterday and the weekend.  I still find it amazing how much more fatigue is felt everywhere when the core is tired.
