 - Pullups x10
 - Air-Dyne 5 minutes

Shoulder Blaster @ 2.5#

After Lunch....

 - Rower - 1000m: 3:28.7, 3:28.8, 3:27.7, 3:28.4, 3:28.0
 - Pushups/Plank (1:15/1:15) for amount of time on rower: 45, 46, 48, 47, 49
 - planks kicked my butt again

This was a challenging day throughout.
