2-arm Swings

Deadlift
5 x 135, 225, 315# - DO Fat Gripz
2 x 395, 440#
4 x 5 @ 475#

DO Axle Deadlift
5 x 65, 115kg
3 x 140, 160kg
4 x 180kg - felt heavy but had good 1-2 sec. pauses at the top of each rep

Continuing to up my grip training.  I'll be using the 5/3/1 program with my DO axle work.  I am using a conservative 200kg as my max with the DO axle because I feel my grip training is already at a high volume with the hangboard workouts.
