1st event - Overhead Medball toss 7kg
- 1 attempt, not sure my distance since we added all ours together.
2nd event - 10" Log Clean + Press for reps
- 75 sec. 191# - 15 reps
3rd event - 455# hex deadlift for reps
- 60 sec. x 32 reps
4th event - medley
- 3 prowler pushes and 6 flips of 450/550/650 tires
(everyone did one leg)
