 - 10 pullups
 - carry 5 kegs
 - 8 pullups

 - 4 pullups
 - carry 5 kegs
 - 2 pullups

Mountain Biking Vultures Knob later this evening.  First lap with Kilo, second lap solo.  ~7 miles each lap.
