Wednesday - April 29

Road Run
 - 3 miles
 - time: 23:49

Nice to be back to just under 8 min/mile pace for 3 miles.  Eventually I will look to find a 4 mile course.  Bodyweight was at 226# Sunday morning, getting down to 220# will also help the endurance performance, but not willing to change the diet as my weekly mileage/volume continues to increase.
