hi,
I've been following your log with great interest. I'm a powerlifter thinking of retiring from the sport...I've been doing more and different things like kettlebells and bodyweight exercises in the past year, and now am thinking of incorporating more cardio into my regime. I am older, fatter, and out-of-shape compared to my younger self.
What are some ways that you think I can start doing more cardio? At the moment my cardio only comes from bodyweight circuits and kettlebells. I haven't ran/sprinted/jogged in years due to bad knees.
I've accepted the fact that I can't really improve my powerlifts anymore and am now looking for alternative challenges. I've also accepted that I will lose a lot of limit strength, but I've come to terms with that.
Reading about your routine is very inspiring and I am humbled by your abilities both in strength and endurance. You're a true Superman!
