- 10x bodyweight squats

- 1x 12' rope climb from seated position
- 10x Ring Dips
- 10x Squat @ 225#

The 1st circuit was smooth and nice. the 2nd circuit has my quads cramping and definitely the hardest thing I've dreamed up yet. Wow
