8 minutes (EDT) - 5 sets of each
 - Squat @ 245#x 5
 - Press @ 115# x 5

5 minutes Rest

8 minutes (EDT) -  5 sets of each
 - Dip + 14kg x 5
 - Rock Ring Pullup x 5

Couple of horseshoes and 60d nails bent to practice for a show next weekend.

I deloaded the volume, not the intensity. My strength intensity is still in the 55-65% range, but that doesn't match my heart-rate intensity. Also guessing the horseshoes spiked my heart rate a bit.

Like you, trying to maintain strength while upping my cardio and being more focused on long term endurance. I will say my appetite has increase with my volume. Bodyweight still holding at 225#
