What kind of intensity are you doing on your cardio?
The intensity feels moderate. I'm trying to keep my leg turn-over high. 160+ on the elliptical reading, but not hyperventilating, I could carry a conversation smoothly. I just dug out a heart rate monitor a client gave us years ago. If I can get it up and running, I will wear it frequently and add results to my log. I will also wear it this weekend at Seneca. Interested to see how that goes.
A Heart Rate monitor on the stairmaster going up should be interesting. I'm pretty sure it would have shown I died last time I was there :).
