Your work capacity is really getting up there.
It is doing better. I remember a time at a younger age, when I felt invincible...:D Managing fatigue and recovery is becoming paramount. Working on the right mix. Weekends are becoming filled with activity, so I will be cutting back on weekday training.
It has taken me over 50 years in the gym to learn this one lesson
