Do you have any experience with Atlas stones? I'd like to hear your views regarding supplementary exe'x for stones, grip strength etc thanks very much Andrew

I have a few atlas stones, 160#, 240, 290 and 335. Best supplementary exercises I've found to be; bent over rows and front squats.
