Training Day - July 8 - Tuesday

Speed Bench Press @ 165 lbs. + mini bands
10 sets of 3 on the minute.

I wished to go to 15 sets but my left shoulder was hurting (the reason I don't bench press any more).

15 minutes (EDT)
Standing Log Press @ 140lbs.
5 sets of 5
1 set of 2

Bent Over Row @ 250lbs.
5 sets of 5

Overhead strength again was lacking, but the high humidity wasn't helping on this day.

3 singles @ 115 lbs.
