1-arm Long Cycle @ 28kg, switch every minute
- 20 minutes @ 10 rpm

Dips x 20, 20, 20

Pullups x 8, 8, 8

Mostly a recovery day. Summer Strong 3 down at Sorinex this past weekend kicked my ass.

I've noticed a change in your training for LC. is this Russian training system?

Yes it is. I like it a lot and have already notice a vast improvement in performance
