- 135# x 5 +#2 band
- 225 x 3 + #2 band
- 315 x 2 + #2 band
- 315# x 2 + #2 and #1 bands x 10 sets on the 1:15

Today's workout was done as a break between putting in new gym floor and moving equipment.
