That looks like a very deceptively tough workout - how was it?

Very True. The Axle high pulls were more of a CNS warm-up than anything. The LC set was hard to convince myself to start, but wasn't bad once I got into it. 1-arm Jerks at the end actually felt light, which was a nice surprise. I have today's training and then I'm looking forward to a weekend of rest.
