you dont do aerobic running, rope skipping or things like that? you stretch on a restday. may you present us your routine? you do yoga? you do assistance work on the rings or high jumping? ab work like planche or advanced bodyweight training? what do you do for grip strength? gripper? you do your oly lifts with barbels, right? why not with odd objects like sandbags?
a personal question: when is the point one should change from the 16kg bell to the 24kg?
