What is the Viking Jerk? I am not sure if I've ever seen those before.
I posted a video a few weeks back of me doing them. I started because it was the only way I could perform jerks with my hand injury. I liked them because the band tension REALLY forced me to be quick.
Found the Video, would have never thought of that myself.
Do you find that it is a good substitute while your hand heals up?
It seemed to work. I'm back to regular training and so I figure I stay with it a while and see what happens.
