All bending was reverse style with IM pads. My gripper work was strong, #3 was smashed easily. #3.5 is getting closer and that #4 is just a BEAST. I didn't feel as good with the C+J and the squats, but my numbers were not so bad.

As usual very strong stuff!
I bend DU, im kinking reds now, but will be another 4-6 months until im bending them to cert requirements.
Your gripper strength is unreal BTW!
Is reverse grip your prefered grip for bending? I should give that a try sometimes. Also do u do any Dbl KB strict pressing?
