Main Set
 - 24kg @ 8 rpm
 - 2x 3 minutes
 - 5 minutes rest between

Rest 10 minutes

KB Snatch warm-up
 - 2 minutes @ 20kg @ 20 rpm

KB Snatch set
 - 10 minutes, switch arms every minute
 - 24kg @ 20 rpm
