Accepting that weight-loss will occur with my change in focus, but I like food way too much to diet down. Been holding 225# again, last year at this time I was at 245#. A wall for footwork is going to be huge for me; timed traverses, system board like flagging, drop-knee and turning practice. Managing climbing fatigue is my new challenge not to overtrain the fingers and tendons. Next week is de-load.Andrew Durniathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02112922265575218412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8049063901521880054.post-2459569268171989632015-02-11T12:12:09.838-05:002015-02-11T12:12:09.838-05:00Next thing is you're going to try and drop som...Next thing is you're going to try and drop some weight to climb better - I hope you have better luck at that than I am - I seem to be stuck at 200#. Having a wall to train on will really up your game - more so than campussing I imagine. climber511https://www.blogger.com/profile/11189846490448835535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8049063901521880054.post-31164796113875189442015-02-11T10:00:53.470-05:002015-02-11T10:00:53.470-05:00Climbing is feeling better and better. Building a good portion of our bouldering wall this Friday, excited to be able to work on footwork weekly as well.Andrew Durniathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02112922265575218412noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8049063901521880054.post-79073067924873443992015-02-11T09:01:32.784-05:002015-02-11T09:01:32.784-05:00Quite a day there!Quite a day there!climber511https://www.blogger.com/profile/11189846490448835535noreply@blogger.com
